Tactical drone platforms, MIL-spec communications, proprietary algorithms inside. Engineered in Israel. In active service with IDF Tier-1 units.

The founders are former IDF infantry drone pilots. They flew in the conditions vendors describe as edge cases and operators describe as Tuesday - urban, subterranean, electronically contested, unforgiving of hardware that wasn't engineered with the operator in mind.
What they kept finding was that commercial drones and other "MIL" drones, even well-reviewed ones, were not built for the missions they were being used in. Failure modes that didn't show up on a bench showed up immediately under EW pressure or at the edge of comms range. The off-the-shelf market had a gap, and the gap was operational.
DrorAero has started to close it.
We are not building strategic platforms. We are not trying to out-scale the primes. We build the tactical layer and we build it for the people who already know the difference.
Custom software stacks. Custom communication protocols tuned for ultra-low latency and long range. Proprietary frequency-hopping logic against active jamming. SMD assembly, RF design, firmware tuned to specific motor-to-weight ratios - all in-house.
We don't outsource the parts that decide whether the platform comes home.
Field data from active deployments comes back to engineering inside days, not quarters.
Patches and hardware revisions ship on the same cadence.
The feedback loop is the product.
Today our systems are engineered and assembled in Israel. The roadmap is full-stack domestic manufacturing — motors, ESCs, sensors, flight controllers — all engineered here, all built here, all built specifically for battlefield missions.
We are on that path. We will not pretend to be further along it than we are.
A small catalog. Each system solves a specific operational problem identified in the field.

A cost-attritable strike platform engineered for high-attrition environments.
• 30+ minute endurance
• 1,000g payload capacity
• 100 km/h top speed
• Loiter-and-strike profile
• Proprietary payload delivery — no third-party dependency
• Rapid deployment, minimal operator training
In active service with IDF Tier-1 units.

A 3.5-inch airframe that converts from ISR scout to loitering munition without tools, without downtime, without a second platform.A cost-attritable strike platform engineered for high-attrition environments.
• 3,500m+ verified range
• Zero GPS dependency - pilot authority maintained under active jamming
• Instant payload swap
• Optical loiter stable for indoor breach and room-clearing
One drone. Two missions. The procurement footprint of one.

Purpose-built communications relay for the IDF's Atalef loitering munition. Closes the line-of-sight gap in dense urban and subterranean environments.A 3.5-inch airframe that converts from ISR scout to loitering munition without tools, without downtime, without a second platform.A cost-attritable strike platform engineered for high-attrition environments.
• Field-validated range extensions of 3km+ in high-attenuation conditions
• Interference-resilient telemetry and video links
• Plug-and-play with standard ground control stations
Not a generic mesh. A dedicated solution for a specific operational problem, developed with direct IDF input.
The team is small. Deliberately so.
The founders flew missions before they built drones. The technical lead has fourteen years in small-UAV design and writes flight stacks the way most engineers write production code. The operations lead came out of military procurement and knows how it actually moves, not how the brochure describes it. The strategy lead does the work that gets a small Israeli engineering firm into the room with the units that matter.
We don't put names on this page.
The systems are in active service.
The work is the introduction.
